Im having a spa night for my 15th Birthday.
I already have a massager chair, a bubble foot massager and a head claw massager but what else could I have? I was thinking green tea bags to put over our eyes as it helps get rid of black circles around the eyes and facial masks too but WHAT ELSE? + what food could I have, I already have subway cookies, and dipped strawberries. Question by Paris: Why do I hurt from my massage chair?
I sat on it yesterday for a hour and it was amazing I had a foot massager too. But when I woke up today my muscles were sore. Why?!

Answer by Here2Help Maybe it aggravated your muscles. Were they really tight beforehand? If they were, they could be just adjusting to being loose.
I’m not sure if this is it, but I know since I’ve been loosening my muscles they spasm. Hopefully you’re not going through that, but my theory is just that they’re reacting to being loosened.
